Luke Skywalker or Han Solo?

Lensmaster victoria_neely just started a really cool debate, Luke Skywalker or Han Solo? Now being that I am a huge Star Wars fan I have put a lot of thought into this question. Han Solo wins hands down. Luke is just too innocent and goofy in the first movie. Now by Return of the Jedi he's a little more attractive but Han still wins! I'm not sure if it's Harrison Ford or that scoundrel personality but Han is way more appealing then Luke. Han also flys the Millennium Falcon, wears really nice pants and looks great with a blaster gun...are these enough reasons! Sorry Mark! What do you think?

James Bond: Sean Connery or Roger Moore?

Lensmaster JustBonCrochetDesigns want to know who's the best Bond...Sean Connery or Roger Moore? I can answer this very easily, It's Roger Moore. The first time I saw Roger Moore in A View To A Kill I was hooked on Bond movies. Although I did like Pirece Brosnon, Roger Moore is still my favorite! What do you think?

Star Trek Vs. Star Wars

Lensmaster Loyalis has started the ultimate sci-fi debate. Star Trek vs. Star Wars. Now if you read my previous post regarding Indiana is Better then Han Solo then you'll probably guess which side of the Trekkie vs. Star Wars debate I favor!

I love how Loyalis presents this debate. Loyalis says:

'Trekkies' are often fans of using great restraint when possible and overwhelming in nature. Most of the aliens they meet look vaguely like humans* who had a bad experience with a wax factory.

Fans of Star Wars are gluttons for sci-fi punishment. They either love being the all-powerful evil being or the scrappy underdog. Trekkies are rarely underdogs. Star Wars aliens seem to have either scales or fur and are also roughly humanoid in nature*.

*Roughly human shapes for aliens are necessary or else conventions would be very boring.

So yes i proudly join the glutton of sci-fi punishment camp. Furry Wookies Rule!

Indiana Jones is Better Than Han Solo!

Lensmaster blondeheroine says that Indiana Jones is better then Han Solo. Now this is a tough one for me. I am a huge fan of both Harrison Ford characters however I am going to officially have to take the Han Solo side. While Indy is better educated, Han has more mystery and intrigue. His checkered past makes him even more appealing and fascinating. He's the ultimate "Bad Boy" of the galaxy!
