Yankee Candle is coming out with some new candles for the 2011 Holiday season which is quite exciting!

The scent is a very nice vanilla and it comes in a cute little cupcake box.
On a side note Dylan's Candy Bar is one of my favorite stores. YUM!
I came across a new candle company today that I am really excited to try.
The Coyer Candle Company out of Midland, Michigan has got some of the most beautiful candles I have ever seen.
Their soy creations are layered with colorful swirls that are a work of art.
The candles come in a variety of jar types and you can even get a wood wick variety.
On my list to try are Hazelnut Cappuccino, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Chocolate Covered Bacon (really? how cool) and Birthday cake.

Cherries on Snow from Yankee Candle is one of the new candles in their 2011 Holiday line.
If you love Cherries like me then this candle is a winner. It's not as strong as Black Cherry but still keeps the essence of the fruit. I love that it has a hint of almond in it and if you combine a Cherries on Snow tart with Almond Cookie you get a delicious mix.
I also really like the jar design on this one. Not overtly Christmas so you can keep it on the shelf for January and February.
I highly recomend Cherries on Snow for those of us who love the foody scents. Way to go Yankee!

OK, so I'm at Target yesterday walking down the main aisle by the dental hygiene products and I happen by an entire end section of new soy candles by Illume.
The Red Velvet Cupcake one peeks my interest so I take a sniff. Whoa! Red Velvet Cupcake ROCKS. It's a nice blend of Vanilla, spciy cake and a hint of something a bit like chocolate.
This candle is Made in USA and comes in 2 sized glass jars that have a retro look. My 4oz cost $5.00.
